Yes! Feel free to bring your cat or dog with you. We do require prior approval and allow a maximum of three pets. We do have some breed restrictions, so please contact our office for more details. For the specifics on monthly pet rent and deposits please visit our pet page.

We have flexible lease terms ranging from three to 14 months.

We have many different floor plans to choose from (15 to be exact!) They include one-, two-, and three-bedroom units ranging in size from 615 square feet to 1,235 square feet. All units come with a private patio or balcony and some units have an optional fireplace.

Each renter is provided one unassigned parking space in our open lot. For an additional monthly fee, you can also get an assigned garage space.

Yes! We offer a convenient online resident portal where you can make payments, check the status of payments, review payment history, and submit online maintenance requests.

One of the biggest challenges of living in an apartment is finding a place to do your laundry — that is, unless you have a washer and dryer right in your apartment! At Stonegate Living, all apartments come equipped with an in-unit washer and dryer so you don’t have to worry about lugging your clothes to a nearby laundromat.

Our apartments do not come furnished but we do offer furniture rentals for flexibility and convenience.

You won’t have to worry about having to invest in costly appliances, at Stonegate Living, all of our apartments are equipped with modern, stainless steel appliances such as a full-size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. Each unit also comes equipped with a washer and dryer.

One of the best things about living at Stonegate is having access to stunning resort-style amenities to use whenever you please. You can take advantage of our outdoor pool and hot tub, plan a barbecue in the outdoor grilling area, host a get-together in the clubhouse, or stick to your New Year’s resolution with the 24-hour fitness center. We also have an onsite playground and bike repair station. And don’t forget about your furry friend — he’ll enjoy the pet play area and getting a bath at the dog wash station.
